SHOW TIMES:  Friday, March 5, 7:00 - 9:30 pm (Preview Party*) Saturday, March 6, 10:00 am - 5:00 pm Sunday, March 7, 11:00 am - 5:00 pm ADMISSION to Show Saturday and Sunday:  $10.00 at door; $8.00 advance sales, discount card/ad; $8.00 seniors   EXHIBITORS:  Over 30 dealers of fine 17th through 19th century antiques, including English, American and oriental furniture; silver; jewelry; prints; paintings; quilts; and rare books. CAFE:  Open during all show hours. Feed your appetite for beauty - at the show - and for delicious refreshment at the Cafe! BENEFICIARIES: 2010 Preview Party proceeds to benefit A Better Chance in Darien.

The Antiques Show has added something new to this traditional fund-raising weekend of antiques which includes a Preview Party and Auction.  It now features a New Collector's Night for all Patron-status Preview Party ticket holders.  This is a complimentary evening of fine wines and cheeses dedicated to some lively conversations about decorating with antiques, whys and hows of collecting in the 21st century and what might be the one great piece YOU need to add to or to start your collection.  To be held at a private residence the last week of February and featuring guest speakers, it will surely prove an elegant, relaxing evening. And a great way to meet some of the preview party-goers  ahead of time.

Darien Antiques Show Preview Party and Auction - March 5th:  How can you help?   This is becoming the social event of the 
season here in Darien. A memorable evening, with live music, great food and wine, plus a chance to preview antique treasures before the 
weekend crowds. The proceeds will support operations at A Better Chance - Darien, and other local non-profits, plus improve facilities at our 
own FCC Nursery School.  Did you know that a significant portion of the money we raise comes from our exciting Preview Party auction?  
Tracey Berry and Ellen Kirby are heading up the auction team, and welcome several terrific volunteers from the Nursery School: Shelby Smith, 
Tere Stevens, Jessica Brown and Claire Rosztoczy. Essentially their mission is to turn 'things' into dollars and they need your help to make the 
magic happen.

You can transform heirloom jewels into tax deductions, unused time in vacation homes into $$$$ for Outreach. A dusty vintage in your wine 
cellar can become delicious treat for the Party. Be creative!  Can you host a dinner in your home?  Cook a brunch? Contribute tickets to an 
arts or sporting event?  Please contact Tracey or Ellen to brainstorm ways in which you can participate in this once-a-year fundraising tradition.
