Volunteers needed for the 2013 Antiques Show!

Everyone's help is needed to make the upcoming show a success. By success, we mean that we aim to improve upon the roughly $35,000 that was given to our mission projects after the last show.

In January, look for your advance sale tickets and invitation to the Preview Party. We will also be posting sign-ups for volunteers for the following jobs. Please consider how you can contribute.

• Preview Party: Hosts and hostesses, kitchen staff, greeters, and hors d'oeuvres makers are needed to make this the beautiful evening it always is. Please join us as a patron or guest and help lend your support!
  Café: We serve wonderful food-lunches and tea. 
  
• Volunteers are needed for food preparation (including the desserts offered), setup/cleanup, kitchen staff, servers, and cashiers.
  
• Front Door: Help greet our guests. Two people are needed for each shift.
  
• Parking: Keep 'em coming! Help everyone find parking spots, so they can come, browse, and buy. Volunteers are needed for all shifts.
  
• Silent Auction: We have a special need for donations to the Silent Auction. Last year, this was a wonderful success due to the generous donations of items. Suggestions include airline tickets, stays at vacation homes, dinners, services (babysitters, gardening, etc), artwork, quality crafts, tickets to events, tours, boating excursions. Perhaps wedding gifts you just don't use, antiques or furniture, glassware, or silver. Use your imagination! Offer your talents!
